Project Management of Industrial Facility, The
Pattison Group, Orillia
The Pattison Group retained CCTA as project managers for design
and construction of its new 33,000 ft² facility. CCTA
staff acted as owner representatives, responsible for developing
owner specifications, overseeing the tender call and administering
the contract throughout construction.

Call Centre Development, City of Orillia
On behalf of the City of Orillia, CCTA acted as advisors to
the City's project management team in the development of a
50,000 ft² industrial building for the 'TeleTech' call
centre. Our project management team contributed to the speedy
completion of this $4 million construction project, on time
and within budget.

Industrial Facility Renovation, The Pattison Sign Group, Scarborough
Following the success of a 30,000 square foot design-build project in Orillia, The Pattison Sign Group requested CCTA provide project management services for the renovation of its main headquarters in Scarborough. The project involved demolition of 50,000 square feet of the existing production facility to “Greenfield” status to allow severance and redevelopment of the southern portion of the property, while upgrading the remaining 10,000 square feet of the production facility to new office and warehouse space.
The challenging project included preparation of site servicing drawings, architectural drawings, developing owner’s specifications for a design build project, overseeing the tender call and administering the contract through construction. The demolition and renovation achieved over 90% waste diversion, and was completed without interruption to ongoing day-to-day business within the attached office structure.
Industrial Facility, Atlas Block, Springwater Township
CCTA was retained by Atlas Block through a sole-source contract to act as project managers for the design and construction of a new 50,000 square foot block manufacturing plant in Springwater Township. CCTA provided technical support to planning applications (site servicing, stormwater management, transportation), completed the site servicing design, and is acting as the owner’s representative for preparing a design-build document for construction of the new facility, tender support and contract administration throughout construction.
