Land Development in a Rural Setting: McIntyre Creek, Wasaga Beach
McIntyre Creek is a new 292 unit residential complex, with a golf course and several watercourses in a park-like setting. CCTA provided project management from raw land through to construction, designing efficient infrastructure facilities that blend with the landscape.

Water Services Planning: Charter West Ridge Development, City of Orillia
Phase I of this development includes 392 residential units and 20 hectares of commercial development. Located near the intersection of two busy highways it will eventually include up to 4,250 residences and a 125 hectare industrial complex.

Residential Subdivision in an Urban Setting: River Edge Subdivision: Town of New Tecumseth

Phase 1 of this development includes 83 single family and 48 townhouse residential units within the Alliston Secondary Plan Area.

  • Stormwater sewage collection, including 600 m of trunk sewer, a crossing of the Canadian Pacific Railway right-of-way, a 110L/s temporary sewage pumping station and associated forcemain

  • Bridge crossings (sanitary forcemain and trunk watermain)

 

 

Residential/Business Park Development, Trillium Forest Subdivision: Town of Wasaga Beach

The project involves 195 residential units and 14 commercial blocks, services by approximately 4.0 km of roads, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and watermain, as well as a stormwater management facility servicing a 150 ha drainage basin and a stormwater management diversion structure servicing a 350 ha drainage area. The total estimated construction value is $5.0 million. The project involved intersection improvements on Highway 26. The final phase is currently under construction.
