Careers
Is the good life passing you by? Do you return to the City after weekends and vacations with a tinge of resignation? Wouldn't it be great to find a fulfilling career in the heart of Ontario's vacationland, blessed with great schools, hospitals, recreational facilities and community events?
Even with morning and afternoon "rush hours" taken into account, most of our staff live within 15 minutes of the office.
As we continue to grow, we are always looking for new talent. We are widely regarded as a highly professional practice, operating in a remarkably congenial atmosphere. Not only that, we provide competitive salaries, merit-based profit-sharing, company share ownership opportunities, group benefits, and a company supported pension plan.
Why Come Work for C.C. Tatham & Associates
- We are a relatively small firm continuously engaged in a diversity of project types and sizes. This presents the opportunity for staff to pursue their chosen specialty, or to work in a diversity of related specialty areas.
- CCTA is the antithesis of very large, bureaucratic, monolithic, highly structured consulting firms. Virtually all our staff mix and mingle with the seniors on a daily basis, and an open door policy has been in place from day one, with the President and Vice-Presidents.
- Mindful of the rewards from nurturing the development of strong young families, flexibility in the work place has been available from our beginnings. Healthy life styles are encouraged.
- Merit-based profit sharing occurs annually in accordance with written policies which are both generous and transparent.
- The Company is owned by its employees, and ownership opportunities are available from time to time to strong performers.
