Charles C. Tatham, B.Eng., P.Eng., FCSCE, Chairman
Charlie has carried the responsibility as principal or project director for numerous major environmental infrastructure projects undertaken over the past 40 years. He has been qualified and recognized as an expert in many successful appearances before tribunals and courts including the Ontario Municipal Board, Land Compensation Board, Environmental Hearing Board, Environmental Assessment/Municipal Joint Board, and Ontario Court, General Division.

R. (Rex) J. Meadley, B.Eng., P.Eng., President & Chief Engineer
Rex has over the last 30 years, undertaken the project management, design and contract administration of a number of major environmental and municipal infrastructure projects including the evaluation of associated potential environmental impacts and appropriate mitigating measures. He has also undertaken the role of project manager for a number of municipal projects and has extensive experience in the servicing aspects of land development from concept to completion.

Dan Hurley, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., LEED AP, Vice President - Head Office Operations
Manager - Water Resources Engineering
Dan specializes in the fields of land development, water resources and environmental engineering. He has completed many studies as project manager relating to stormwater management and the proper environmental implementation of development or rehabilitation projects. His experience is broad and also covers construction management, hydraulic floodline and bridge analyses, shoreline protection, surface water monitoring and water balance calculations.

Bill Van Ryn, B.Eng., P.Eng., Vice President - Branch Office Operations
Branch Manager - Bracebridge
Bill has been responsible for project management, design and contract administration for a number of significant land development, transportation and environmental projects. He has also been meaningfully involved in numerous stormwater management and water resources projects related to land development, over a span of almost two decades.

Tim Collingwood, B.A.Sc., P.Eng., Director
Branch Manager - Orillia
Tim has hands-on experience in a wide range of private and municipal servicing projects including water distribution, wastewater collection and disposal, stormwater management and contract administration. He is also a registered Environmental Site Assessor and has completed numerous Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments.

Michael Cullip, B.Eng. & Mgmt., M.Eng., P.Eng., Director
Manager - Transportation Engineering
Michael is responsible for all transportation planning and engineering works. He has been responsible for managing teams of transportation professionals through the preparation of transportation planning, traffic engineering and road design projects. This experience includes land use/transport studies, demand forecasting, route planning, public transport studies, parking studies, traffic impact assessments, access and circulation reviews, environmental assessments, road and highway design and construction documents.

Suzanne Troxler, B.Eng., M.Sc., P.Eng.
Manager - Environmental Engineering
Suzanne has over 19 years experience in environmental consulting and during that period been responsible for Class Environmental Assessment planning, master servicing planning and conceptual design of projects involving water supply and treatment, and wastewater collection and treatment. She is also experienced in the engineering review, modelling and analysis of wastewater collection systems.

Bryan Stanton, B.A.Sc., P.Eng.
Manager - Municipal Engineering
Bryan’s experience encompasses over 15 years of project management, design, and contract administration on a broad range of projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial developments and large municipal infrastructure renewal projects. Bryan is also designated as a Consulting Engineer with PEO and has extensive experience in the field of topographic survey and digital terrain and earthworks modelling.

Terry Smart, B.Eng., P.Eng., LEED AP
Manager - Structural Engineering
Terry has over 27 years of experience in the field of civil and structural engineering encompassing a diverse range of project types from municipal water and sewage treatment plants to residential condominiums to rehabilitation of medium-sized dam structures. This work included foundation designs on piles or floating slabs, the analysis and design of reinforced concrete, masonry, steel and timber structures, construction review and contract administration.

Brad Kalus, C.E.T., LEL
Branch Manager - Barrie
Brad has over 25 years of consulting experience covering the spectrum from preliminary site surveys to construction completion, and he has been responsible for the completion of functional transportation planning studies, preliminary/detail designs of roads, highways and freeways for municipal and provincial government agencies and private land developers throughout Ontario. He has also undertaken the role of project manager for a number of Class Environmental Assessments, design and construction assignments relating to road/intersection improvements, water, wastewater, waste disposal, bridge rehabilitation/replacement, recreational, residential and commercial land development projects.

Colin Kent, B.Sc., P.Eng.
Project Manager - Environmental Engineering
Colin has over 40 years experience as a consulting engineer in England and Canada, specializing in municipal environmental projects. With 34 years in Ontario, he has been responsible for numerous sewage and water works projects, from their conceptual planning, through the Class Environmental Assessment process, final design and project administration. As well as many large sewage and water distribution projects, Colin has been involved with several water treatment plants, storage reservoirs, pumping stations and over 25 sewage treatment plants.

Phil Watts, B.Eng., P.Eng.
Project Manager - Municipal Engineering
Phil is a senior municipal engineer with 25 years of experience and a diverse background encompassing project management and engineering design and approvals. Working as an engineering consultant and on behalf of a commercial and residential land developer, municipal government authority, and home design/build company, Phil’s experience uniquely combines these varied perspectives in delivering project management and engineering services to both private and public sector clientele.

Larry Hogarth, C.E.T.
Project Manager - Municipal Engineering
Larry has over 40 years of diversified municipal engineering experience which includes the project management of new major residential development and associated infrastructure in recreational settings. He has been involved in project development for numerous municipal sewage and water projects and is highly experienced in the related financial aspects.

Randy Simpson, B.A.Sc., P.Eng.
Project Manager - Water Resources Engineering
Randy has extensive design and project management experience in the surface water resources and land development fields of engineering. His diverse portfolio of projects includes residential subdivisions, commercial retail development, golf courses, master drainage plans, bridge hydraulic design, and flood water impact/mitigation studies.
